I am a Preetha Balakrishnan, mother of a 16-year-old and loving wife of an advanced scuba diver, I dive too but I am scared! I love to sing, dance, and most importantly to connect with people to make a difference in their lives. With close to 20 years of exp., in HR, Consulting, Facilitation, and Coaching I have worked with various companies like GE, Intergraph India Ltd., Ivy Comptech, Infosys, and Deloitte. Today, I run a company called Alignyourbrain training and consulting and our/my vision is to help 100,000 women become self-reliant. I am also the founder of the Women's Self-reliance Hub, which is a group of 700 odd women, growing strong.  As a trainer, I have had the opportunity to work with industries such as Infrastructure, Automobile, IT, Banking, and Pharmaceuticals.    As a coach I have > 600 hours of coaching exposure and am certified through ICF -PCC (Professional Coach Certified).  I have had the opportunity to coach women and executives from DELL, IBM, Cognizant, Drs', Architects and housewives. Their journey with me has been to create their goals and reach them.  Coaching has been truly an emotional journey rather than an action one!
